Cover and exclusions
The rental agreement describes the applicable insurance or protection, inclusions and exclusions. Review it carefully before accepting the rental.
Excess and optional protection
Any applicable excess and optional protection prices, eligibility rules and exclusions are stated in the rental agreement. An insurance excess is different from a security bond.
Accident, theft or damage

Breakdown and roadside assistance
Roadside-assistance arrangements and customer responsibilities, where applicable, are described in the rental agreement or booking documents.
Tyres, windscreens and keys
The rental agreement explains applicable cover, exclusions and charges relating to tyres, windscreens, lost keys and lockouts.
