Vehicle collection and return
Collection and return instructions are provided with your confirmed booking.
Collection
Your booking confirmation provides the collection location, meeting instructions, collection time and documents required. A booking request does not itself guarantee collection until confirmed.
Vehicle inspection
At collection, inspect the vehicle with the customer and record existing damage, fuel level, odometer reading, accessories and supplied keys. Record the vehicle condition, existing damage, fuel level and odometer reading at collection and return, and retain a copy of the condition report.
Return
Your booking confirmation and rental agreement set out the return location, due time, fuel requirements, cleanliness expectations and key-return process. Photograph and document the vehicle condition at return.
Late or different-location returns
Contact the business promptly if you will be late or need to return the vehicle to another location. Any applicable additional time or one-way charges are set out in your booking terms.
