Estimate versus final quote
A website estimate is not a confirmed quote unless the business has verified the dates, vehicle, fees and availability. The booking confirmation should list the final agreed price and any exclusions.
Security bond
If a security bond applies, its amount, collection method, deduction conditions and release process are disclosed in the booking confirmation or rental agreement.
Other charges
Any applicable additional-driver, delivery, one-way, extra-kilometre, late-return, fuel, cleaning, toll, fine, lost-key or damage charge is disclosed in the booking terms or rental agreement.
